Lack of proper communication regarding room arrangements, leading to a disappointing experience of receiving double single beds instead of the expected double bed. Slow check-in process, causing unnecessary delay after a long and tiring 11-hour drive.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was superb - just a short walk from the main train station and close to all the attractions. The hotel had great facilities including a rooftop bar with fine views and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. the parking was convenient and easy to use.

The room was spacious and comfy with beautiful panoramic views. I was kinda surprised to be allowed an early check-in and the service from the reception staff was really good. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in downtown Warsaw.

We loved the location of this place! Right next to the train station, it was within walking distance to many local bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed. We also appreciated the small touches like the fruit in the lobby and the welcome drink.
