Lack of proper communication regarding room arrangements, leading to a disappointing experience of receiving double single beds instead of the expected double bed. Slow check, in process, causing unnecessary delay after a long and tiring 11, hour drive.

The room was spacious and comfy with beautiful panoramic views. I was pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in and the service from the reception staff was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in downtown Warsaw.

We loved the location of this place! Right next to the train station, it was within walking distance to many local bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed. We also appreciated the small touches like the fruit in the lobby and the welcome drink.
